DESCRIPTION

The FUJI Fit Soft Plyo Boxes are designed to encourage explosive plyometric movements, while at the same time, soft enough to protect the shins when encountering the occasional misses. The FUJI Fit Soft Plyo Boxes are easy to customize by using the high-strength velcro which attaches one onto another for maximum height. These boxes are perfect for circuit training with different stations and they help with training single-leg exercises, such as the single-leg squat. The high density padding minimizes the impact from jumping and provides a sturdy training surface for a variety of movements. These plyo boxes are Team FUJI Fit essentials.
